So click each one of those, exit, and done. Now it shows every sellable item in your warehouse, everything that is in production on the port. And switch to the warehouse, there is gonna be a new icon since you have the merchant's guild, click it. And go to the sell cargo option at the top-left. Now, for the final step, use the rubies to put merchant guilds on every pirate port you own. After completing the treasure hunt, you will be awarded 10 rubies.
Then after that, either complete daily missions to get rubies or play until you get the pirate campaign mission where you go find treasure at a treasure island on the brazil map. And then, upgrade every cargo-making building on each pirate port to the max, and the warehouse too. Collect any ship, tier 1-5, and put one at every pirate port you own.
